Julio is a professor of constitutional law at the Universidad del Rosario in Colombia and a founding member of its Center for Internet and Society. He studies the ways juridical anthropology intersects with the social aspects of the internet.
What can be done?
We should seek accurate information and learn from vulnerable communities in order to understand properly what the real challenges are in terms of their digital inclusion. Only with their active participation will we be able to draw the roadmaps needed to face digital inequalities.
