What can be done?
The internet can become healthier if everyone is taught what makes the internet unhealthy. Once there is knowledge about what is not helping, there will be collective efforts devoted to change it. We need education and awareness to be able to start, and we’ll need access to tools that help strengthen the internet to continue these efforts.
Youth-led Ghana Internet Governance Forum successfully took their event online for 2020 and gathered over 30 policy experts and 110 participants.
