What can be done?

We need to truly understand what the “internet” is. The everyday view of the internet comes down to Googling or sharing on Facebook or Instagram without having a clear idea of the structure, of how the internet works, or who decides the rule inside it. If we can’t help the general public to understand what the internet really is, how can we even describe what “internet freedom” or “internet health” is?
