Meri is a human rights attorney focused on international human rights litigation and research. She has served as an expert for the Council of Europe and UNDP Armenia. Currently, she’s an LL.M Candidate at the University of Pennsylvania.
What can be done?
This year, COVID-19 put the internet to a unique test, and we have witnessed how a lot of preexisting conditions became exacerbated and even more pressing. We need to push for more digital literacy and help people be aware of cyber hygiene, as well as enhanced privacy and data protection mechanisms.
