What can be done?
A healthy internet is inclusive and accessible to everybody. The pandemic has made us highly dependent on online services, and this dependency will not cease with the end of the pandemic. This is why digital literacy is vital. Governments should take initiative for mass digital literacy programs covering web literacy, privacy, safety, and new urgent matters like fake news.
