What can be done?
A healthier internet should include the international implementation of policies fostering formal digital education for all and promoting a critical and multidisciplinary understanding of both local and global implications of information and communication technologies at all levels. It is especially important to empower children by making meaningful efforts to include their diverse voices in discussions of digital policy-making.
